Our first profile is Pallavi Aaron :
“Life is a promise, fulfill it” these famous words by Mother Teresa best describe my motto in life. Born and raised in India, the things closest to my heart are family, yoga, meditation and Bollywood music. I also love being outdoors especially if it involves hiking, camping, running and tennis.
Before coming to IMD, I spent eight years working in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry in multiple roles. Most recently, I was working US affiliate of the Danish pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk in a Market Access Strategy and Innovation role. My love for the healthcare industry, and desire to have a greater impact on it, is what brought me to IMD.
What core values identify with your journey?
I am a true believer in ‘If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life’. My journey so far has been driven by my passion, hard work and a desire to make an impact. I commit myself to continuous learning and I am excited for this one year of holistic and intense learning experience at IMD.
Tell us about a fun incident from your IMD experience so far
The recently concluded leadership lab and activities that followed during a trip to Crêt-Bérard were among the most stimulating experiences of my life. A full day of structured yet fun outdoor exercises involving blindfolds, dirt and snow was designed to deliver awe inspiring leadership and life lessons.
