IMD MBA Module Two continues to adapt to the COVID-19 with agility and a supportive community.

Module Two is underway, and from an insider perspective, it is truly remarkable when I look at how the schedule has been adapted so quickly to the current situation, juggling all elements to maintain a program that is as close to the one our MBAs expected when they joined us in January.

Core classes have been pushed forwards, off-campus labs and projects pushed back; guest speakers join on zoom and career development prepares for new opportunities and challenges. Support comes from all sides: from Faculty and IT, to alumni and the MBAs themselves – I feel privileged to work with such a professional, innovative and friendly group.

This month the MBAs are in for some interesting discussions as the Business and Society course continues to welcome some great guest speakers to explore the role of corporate sustainability; the Career Development stream has simulations, clusters, group exercises and an HR panel lined up; the International Consulting Projects will be introduced and teams formed; and of course, zoom core classes continue with Marketing, Leadership, Strategy, Accounting and Finance on the menu for the next couple of weeks.

Hopefully the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to slow down, and we will shortly be able to welcome the MBAs back onto the campus in a safe and responsible way.
