Today’s guest entry is written by MBA alumnae and co-leaders of the MBA program for the UK Alumni Club, Neha Kabra and Sophie Spillard.
Last week, the IMD Alumni Club of the UK hosted a challenging, virtual treasure hunt for MBA alumni in lockdown across the globe. The event was attended by MBA alumni from 1984 to 2018, spread out from Georgia (the country) to the UK.
It was a very entertaining evening, filled with a number of mentally stimulating puzzles to solve. Lead by games master, Alex Stanley of Onigo Escape, teams competed to open the Athenian chest and discover the hidden treasures within (we can’t reveal any more details here). The competitive spirit reigned high, with participants channelling their inner Sherlocks!
Of course, there could only be one winning team: congratulations to Mike Davies, Jason Kaplan and Alicia Micklethwait. Your prizes are on their way from Switzerland – thank you very much to IMD for kindly supplying the prizes.
Kudos to all the participants for making this a very sociable evening – in a socially distancing world.
